Registration for the test, carrying a suitcase (120cmx40cmx30cm) and two wheels in Almeria, compulsory insurance, sports rights, infrastructure and career development, trophies and assistance medical and mechanical.

In the absence of any Tag SPOT own, the participant may rent the SPOT satellite tracking beacon for 180 € per vehicle.

Medical care is limited to treating and small wounds, rapid emergency and other health problems, if necessary, provide for medical evacuation of wounded.

La Panafrica, derrière le nom se trouve une équipe d’hommes avec un grand professionnalisme, qui consacre beaucoup de son temps à cette aventure fantastique appelé Panafrica.

Cette association a plus de 30 ans d’organisation et de manifestations ainsi que d’évènement internationaux aussi variés qu’original, vélo, désert polaire, courses à la voile, les routes en Algérie et au Maroc.

Ses membres ont participé à presque tous les rallyes aillant de la notoriété, comme le Dakar, Tunisie, Mauritanie, Espagne et championnats sous des formes diverses (voitures, motos, quads), et, bien sûr, le podium à plusieurs reprises.

Prix pour l’inscription : 1000€

Incluent la publicité de l'organisateur et ses partenaires, la publicité est obligatoire !

Comprend:

Inscription pour le test, le transport d'une valise (120cmx40cmx30cm) et de deux roues à Almería, l'assurance obligatoire, les droits sportifs, d'infrastructures et d'organisation des carrières, des récompenses et des trophées des droits à l'assistance médicale et mécanique.

En absence de toute balise SPOT propres, le participant peut louer le repérage par satellite SPOT phare pour 180€ par véhicule.

Caution de 200 € la journée, qui sera restituée à la fin de l'essai si aucun dommage n'a eu lieu.

Si vous avez déjà une balise SPOT, alors pas besoins de payer les 180 € de caution, dans ce cas il suffit d'activer l'e-mail de suivi de l'organisation pour le suivi.

Prix pour l’enregistrement d’un véhicule de participation : 200 €

Autorise le véhicule pour aider les participants seulement au point de soins, l'hôtel, bivouac. Vous ne pouvez pas exécuter sur le même parcours que les participants.

Si le véhicule d'assistance est alors lancé sur les pistes, alors il est considéré à toutes fins comme un participant selon la même échelle d'honoraires (€ 1.000).

Il y a des compagnies qui vous donnent la possibilité de louer l’assistance aux équipes de la Panafrica, si vous voulez nous pouvons donner les contacts.

Une fois inscrit à la course chaque personne recevra les formulaires nécessaires pour les tarifs et réservations d'avion / bateau.

Les soins médicaux sont limités à traiter et à de petites blessures, d'urgence rapide et autres problèmes de santé, si nécessaire, prévoir l'évacuation médicale des blessés.

La couverture d'assurance rapatriement est avec MAPFRE.

Et l'assistance mécanique est limitée pour aider, conseiller et, si nécessaire, de remorquer la voiture à l'hôtel ou un endroit sûr (poste de police).

Le retour d'un véhicule, le cas échéant, est fournie par le participant doit avoir fait la couverture d'une société d'assistance Voyage, type Mondial Assistance.

Les avantages décrits ci-dessus s'appliquent uniquement aux participants inscrits au Trophée Panafrica.

3) Effectuer un paiement de 600 € par personne

ANNULATION:

Si vous annulez votre inscription avant le 20 août, alors se sera remboursé du montant payé moins 100€ de frais administratifs.

Par la suite il n’y aura pas de remboursement.

Eingeschlossen sind:

Anmeldung für den Test, mit einem Koffer (120cmx40cmx30cm) und zwei Rädern in Almeria, Versicherungspflicht, Sportrechte, Infrastruktur und berufliche Entwicklung, Trophäen und Unterstützung medizinischer und mechanischer.

In Ermangelung einer eigenen Tag SPOT, kann der Teilnehmer Miete des Satelliten SPOT-

Tracking Leuchtfeuer für 180 € pro Fahrzeug.

Anzahlung von 200 € am Tag, die am Ende der Prüfung zurückgegeben wird, wenn keine Schäden aufgetreten sind.

Wenn Sie bereits einen Tag SPOT, so dass keine Notwendigkeit die 180 € Kaution zu zahlen, in diesem Fall reicht es zur Aktivierung der E-Mail-Überwachung Organisation zu überwachen.

Einmal für das Rennen jede Person die notwendigen Formulare für die Preise und Reservierungen für Flugzeug / Schiff erhalten registriert.

Medizinische Versorgung wird zur Behandlung von kleinen Wunden und schnelle Soforthilfe und andere gesundheitliche Probleme, falls erforderlich, für die medizinische Evakuierung von Verwundeten bieten begrenzt.

Der Versicherungsschutz wird mit der Rückführung MAPFRE.

Und die mechanische Unterstützung beschränkt sich auf Beratung und Hilfe, wenn nötig, zu schleppen das Auto zum Hotel oder an einem sicheren Ort (Polizei).

RÜCKTRITT:

Wenn Sie Ihre Anmeldung stornieren, bevor August 20, dann wird die Rückgabe der gezahlte Betrag abzüglich 100 € für die Verwaltungsgebühr. Danach wird es keine Erstattung.
